Steps to placing an order or setting up an appointment:
- First e-mail or phone us with your orders or
questions. This is to insure you get exactly what you
want and all mailing information is correct. Be sure to
include your full name, complete address. And phone
number if you e-mail us.
- We will contact you and confirm your request, order,
payment, appointment date, and answer any questions you
may have.
- We require payment in advance of appointment or
order shipment.

- To pay by check or money order see name and address
at the page top
- We will advise you when your appointment is
scheduled or order is shipped.
